Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how our website and home healthcare services work, and the responsibilities on both sides. Please read them carefully. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: June 2026.

Important — emergencies

We are not an emergency service. If someone needs urgent or life-threatening medical help, call 112 (national emergency) or 108 (ambulance), or go to the nearest hospital. Do not rely on this website or a booking request for emergencies.

1. About these terms

These terms are between you ("you", "the client") and Global Sai Health Care ("we", "us", "our"). They cover your use of this website and any home healthcare service you book with us. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our services

We provide home healthcare support in Gurugram and nearby areas. This may include caregivers, trained nurses, patient attendants, physiotherapists, help arranging medical equipment, and coordinating doctor home visits. The exact service is agreed with you for each booking.

All services depend on assessment and availability. We may decline or stop a service if it falls outside what we can safely provide, or if continuing would put a patient or our staff at risk.

3. We support, but do not replace, your doctor

Our services support the care plan set by the patient's treating doctor. We do not diagnose illnesses, prescribe medicines, or replace the advice of a qualified medical practitioner. Where care involves clinical instructions, our team follows the directions given by the treating doctor. For any medical decision, please rely on the patient's doctor.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

Health outcomes depend on many factors that are outside our control, including the patient's condition and medical treatment. We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but we cannot and do not guarantee any particular medical result or recovery.

5. Your responsibilities

To help us care for your loved one safely, you agree to:

  • Give accurate, complete information about the patient's health, condition and any risks.
  • Share the treating doctor's instructions and any prescriptions relevant to care.
  • Provide a safe environment for our staff to work in.
  • Not ask our staff to perform tasks outside their role, training or the agreed care plan.
  • Treat our staff with respect and inform us promptly of any concern.

If important information is withheld or incorrect, it can affect the safety and quality of care, and we may not be responsible for resulting issues.

6. Bookings, pricing and payment

Charges depend on the service, the number of hours, and the level of care required. We share the price with you in writing before a service begins, so there are no surprises. All charges are exclusive of taxes (such as GST), which apply where relevant.

How payment works depends on the type of service:

  • One-time or visit-based services are payable at or before the visit.
  • Ongoing or long-term care is billed in advance for the agreed period (for example, on a monthly basis).

Accepted payment methods are shared at the time of booking. Please make all payments to Global Sai Health Care directly, and not in private cash to staff (see Section 10).

7. Cancellations and changes

Plans can change, and we try to be flexible. To cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can:

  • One-time or visit-based services: let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to cancel or reschedule without a charge.
  • Ongoing or long-term care: please give at least 3 days' notice to stop or change a regular arrangement.

If you have paid in advance and cancel an ongoing service, we refund the unused amount for the remaining period, after deducting charges for care already provided and any costs we have already committed on your behalf. We do not charge for time our caregiver could not work for reasons within our control.

8. Consent to care

By booking a service, you confirm that you are authorised to arrange care for the patient and that consent has been given for the care to be provided. Where the patient is able to decide for themselves, their consent should be obtained.

9. Third-party providers

Some needs — such as medical equipment, laboratory tests, or doctor visits — may involve independent third-party providers. We help coordinate these, but they are responsible for their own services, and their own terms may apply. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third parties.

10. Our staff

Our caregivers are engaged and supervised by us. Please do not make private cash payments or side arrangements directly with staff outside the agreed terms, as this can affect supervision, accountability and the quality of care.

11. Liability

We take our duty of care seriously. To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
  • We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect or withheld medical information, an unsafe home environment, or the patient's underlying condition or medical treatment.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid by you for that service, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence. Your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected.

12. Website use and content

The content on this website is for general information only and is not medical advice. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but it may change without notice. The text, design, logo and other materials on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

13. Privacy

14. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us so we can put things right. We take feedback seriously and aim to resolve concerns fairly and quickly.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown at the top.
