What we help arrange

Subcutaneous chemotherapy injections

Certain chemotherapy and supportive injections that your oncologist has approved for home administration, given by trained nurses.

Supportive nursing care

Pain management, hydration, hygiene, and monitoring for cancer patients at home.

Palliative & comfort care

Working alongside our Palliative Care service for advanced-stage comfort and dignity.

Nutrition & emotional support

Coordination with dietitians and a caring team for the patient and family.

Important - what home chemotherapy does and does not cover

Only select chemotherapy regimens (such as certain subcutaneous or intramuscular drugs) can be safely given at home, and only when your treating oncologist has confirmed the patient is suitable. High-dose intravenous (IV) chemotherapy that needs hydration, continuous monitoring or anaphylaxis observation must be given at a hospital day-care unit - this is not something we can replace.

Why families choose this

  • Lower infection risk - especially important as cancer treatment can weaken immunity.
  • Comfort and dignity - treatment in familiar surroundings, with family close by.
  • Less travel fatigue - very helpful for patients who are already weak or unwell.
  • Coordinated care - nursing, nutrition and comfort support working together.
